Shipment and Delivery Policy

INDIA ORDERS

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse on the same day if the order is received before 2.30pm IST (subject to availability) Monday to Friday. All other orders will be delivered the next working day. 

Delivery will be free of extra cost. Please note there are no Saturday or Sunday deliveries.

OVERSEAS ORDERS

Orders will be dispatched by  international Tracked and Signed Services and a actual cost will apply to all orders, please note this is will be recorded delivery service and customer need to pay the cost separately by coordinating with customer care which can be reached at support@ndaythesecondskin.com

Estimated normal delivery time for:

India 3-7 working days

Rest of World 6-15 working days

Any orders received after 2:30 PM IST on Friday, and at any time on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and dispatched on the Monday (except Bank Holidays).

For extra security a signature may be required to receive some orders over a certain amount (so please ensure there will be someone at the address).

We reserve the right to refuse to supply any individual or company.

Please note, your credit/debit card will be charged for the full value of your order on authorization. In the unlikely event of any item(s) ordered not being available then the value of the item(s) will be refunded back to the credit/debit card and you will be advised by e-mail.

We recommend you print a copy of your order for your records.

All prices shown are inclusive of GST, where applicable.

Please note once any orders have been placed, we only have limited time to change any information before the orders are shipped out. If this occurs, it is best to give us a call on +91 6235 311 222. We try our hardest to attend to emails, however, your email may not be seen until after your order has gone out, in which case, it will be too late to make any changes to any information.
