Enhanced Manufacturing Excellence
Our manufacturing process embodies sustainability, optimizing resources while delivering speed, quality, and high production volumes. The meticulously designed Knitting Machines produce socks of unmatched quality. Our highly talented designers with artistic background designs the most unique socks models. Currently, we produce over 5,00,000 pairs per month, with plans to reach an impressive capacity of 50,00,000 pairs. Being the only Indian brand with steam based pressing machine for anti-bacterial and anti-fungal treatment, all our socks are odor free, and also prevents any skin pigmentation or irritation.

Quality which is our top priority, is achieved with the help of state-of-the-art Linking Machines. These machines flawlessly connect each knit, guaranteeing the production of durable socks. Once the knitting process is complete, the socks undergo the first round of quality checks. They are then transferred to a fully automated socks linking machine for the second quality check. Next, the socks are moved to a steam press machine for shaping, sizing, and the application of anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, and anti-odor treatments. Following this, they undergo the third quality check. Finally, the socks are prepared for packaging, which includes a final quality check conducted during the packing process.
Our experienced team oversees a sprawling 50,000 sq. m. warehousing facility, capable of efficiently handling dispatch and storage. With impeccable coordination and efficient scheduling, we guarantee swift consignment movement and on-time deliveries. Our state-of-the-art facilities operate round the clock, enabling us to consistently produce top-quality socks.
